Corporate Governance within Geveko is based on Swedish laws, mainly the Swedish Companies Act, but also on the rules regulating issuers on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm AB, which includes the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. The information of Corporate Governance willl enable for shareholders and other investors to judge the company’s ability to comply with reqiurements on management and governance.
